Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because of their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Perishable goods (such as coffee or tea)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right quickly — your experience matters to us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
